The fragrance feels warm and lightly spicy, so I have been reaching for it on cooler evenings. The backflow cascade was steady after about a minute. I wish the cone burned a few minutes longer, but the shorter session also makes it easy to use.
The scent opens with a distinctive warm flower note with clean depth. I used it while enjoying coffee in the den, and it added a polished atmosphere without distracting from what I was doing. The backflow effect was reliable on my existing burner with the fan off. I like that the aroma has enough presence to complement the display without overwhelming the room.
This was exactly the fragrance profile I hoped for: warm carnation with a lightly peppery edge.
