• Actual burn time may vary with airflow, temperature, humidity, coil thickness, and burner design.
• Remove the protective paper before use. Gently separate each paired set into 2 coils and burn only 1 at a time. Do not bend, squeeze, or pull the coils. The paper is not a heat-resistant mat.
• Use a compatible coil burner that supports the coil securely and catches all falling ash. Place it on a level, stable, heat-resistant, nonflammable surface.
• Light the free outer end, then gently blow out the flame so only a glowing ember remains.
• Keep the room gently ventilated, but avoid fans, air vents, and strong draughts that can affect the burn or scatter ash.
• Keep incense away from curtains, paper, sprays, cleaning products, and other flammable or heat-sensitive items. Keep it away from children and pets. Stop use if smoke or fragrance causes discomfort.
• Keep the burner in sight. Never move it while the coil is burning, leave it unattended, or use it while sleeping. Extinguish the coil completely before leaving the room.
• Slight differences in colour, thickness, and shape, along with a small amount of loose powder, are normal for handcrafted incense. After use, allow the burner and ash to cool fully. Rewrap unused coils and store them in the outer box in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture; use an airtight secondary container in humid conditions.

Under our 30-day return policy, you may request a return for eligible unused and unburned items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Keep the original product packaging and all included accessories. Opening the packaging for inspection does not automatically affect return eligibility.
For damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or defective items, contact us for help. If a return is required because of a product issue, MORI TASTE covers the necessary return shipping cost. We do not charge restocking fees or fixed return-handling fees.

This was exactly the fragrance profile I hoped for: deep agarwood, resin, and damp earth. I used it during a long evening in the living room, and it added a polished atmosphere without distracting from what I was doing.
