Autumn Osmanthus fills the room with a soft floral fragrance that feels sweet and warm. Its sweetness is more noticeable than the fresh character of jasmine, making it a good choice for anyone who enjoys gentle floral scents but prefers something warmer than a light, airy fragrance.
Light a coil in a well-ventilated living room before friends or family arrive. It works naturally with casual visits spent sharing coffee or tea, enjoying a few snacks, and catching up. Place the burner away from food, drinks, and tableware so the fragrance does not interfere with what you are serving.
It is just as suitable for ordinary time at home. Enjoy it while watching TV with family after dinner, listening to music on the weekend, tidying the room, scrolling on your phone, or catching up on a favourite show. Each separated coil burns for approximately 90–120 minutes, making it suitable when you expect to remain in the same room for a while. If you no longer need it, extinguish the coil completely rather than letting it continue to burn unattended.

• Actual burn time may vary with airflow, temperature, humidity, coil thickness, and burner design.
• Remove the protective paper before use. Gently separate each paired set into 2 coils and burn only 1 at a time. Do not bend, squeeze, or pull the coils. The paper is not a heat-resistant mat.
• Use a compatible coil burner that supports the coil securely and catches all falling ash. Place it on a level, stable, heat-resistant, nonflammable surface.
• Light the free outer end, then gently blow out the flame so only a glowing ember remains.
• Keep the room gently ventilated, but avoid fans, air vents, and strong draughts that can affect the burn or scatter ash.
• Keep incense and ash away from food, drinks, tableware, curtains, paper, and other flammable or heat-sensitive items. Keep it away from children and pets. Stop use if smoke or fragrance causes discomfort.
• Keep the burner in sight. Never move it while the coil is burning, leave it unattended, or use it while sleeping. Extinguish the coil completely before leaving the room.
• Slight differences in colour, thickness, and shape, along with a small amount of loose powder, are normal for handcrafted incense. After use, allow the burner and ash to cool fully. Rewrap unused coils and store them in the outer box in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture; use an airtight secondary container in humid conditions.

Under our 30-day return policy, you may request a return for eligible unused and unburned items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Keep the original product packaging and all included accessories. Opening the packaging for inspection does not automatically affect return eligibility.
For damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or defective items, contact us for help. If a return is required because of a product issue, MORI TASTE covers the necessary return shipping cost. We do not charge restocking fees or fixed return-handling fees.
To request a return, email hello@moritaste.com with your order number or proof of purchase, the items to be returned, and a brief reason. Wait for our return address and instructions before sending anything back. Do not use the original address printed on the parcel.
We initiate an eligible refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If we confirm that no return is needed, we initiate the refund within 5 business days after confirming the refund.

Osmanthus was new to me. I like the floral sweetness, although it is more noticeable than the drier fragrances I usually buy. For me this is a weekend choice rather than something I would burn through every evening.
I already had rose and jasmine incense. Osmanthus gives me a different floral to reach for, which was exactly why I ordered it.
