Why are two coils joined together in the box?
Each paired set separates into two individual coils. A box contains 30 individual coils supplied as 15 paired sets.
Separate a pair slowly with clean, dry hands, following the instructions in the product’s CARE section rather than pulling the coils apart sharply.
Will my existing burner fit a coil?
MORI TASTE incense coils are approximately 6.5 cm in diameter. Compare that with the burner’s usable internal space, not just its outside dimensions.
The burner also needs the support specified for that design, with enough clearance for the coil to burn without touching the side walls. Check the product’s placement instructions before use.
Should I remove the wrapping paper before burning a coil?
Yes. Remove the protective paper before lighting the coil. The wrapping paper is for packaging; it is not a heat-resistant mat and must not be left underneath burning incense.
Use the support or heat-resistant pad specified for your burner instead. Make sure the coil sits securely and its burning section does not touch the side walls.
