Your order is fulfilled from our China or U.S. warehouse according to product availability and your delivery address. Estimated delivery is 5–8 calendar days after dispatch.

For retail orders to destinations supported at checkout, MORI TASTE covers applicable customs clearance charges, customs duties, and import taxes.

Refund and Return Policy

Under our 30-day return policy, you may request a return for eligible unused and unburned items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Keep the original product packaging and all included accessories. Opening the packaging for inspection does not automatically affect return eligibility.

For damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or defective items, contact us for help. If a return is required because of a product issue, MORI TASTE covers the necessary return shipping cost. We do not charge restocking fees or fixed return-handling fees.

To request a return, email hello@moritaste.com with your order number or proof of purchase, the items to be returned, and a brief reason. Wait for our return address and instructions before sending anything back. Do not use the original address printed on the parcel.

We initiate an eligible refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If we confirm that no return is needed, we initiate the refund within 5 business days after confirming the refund.

01What does BUY 2 or BUY 3 mean?

The number refers to complete retail packs. BUY 2 means two retail packs, and BUY 3 means three. The stick, coil, or cone count in each pack is listed in the selected product’s DETAILS.

02Can I mix formats and scents or choose repeats?

Yes. Use the selector for each retail pack to choose its product. You can mix incense sticks, coils, and backflow incense, choose different scents, or select the same product more than once. Review every selection before adding the bundle to your cart.

03Which incense format should I choose?

Use the tabs to compare sticks, coils, and backflow incense. Read the selected product details to learn about its fragrance and materials. Choose a format that works with the holder or burner you already have, or check the matching accessories before ordering. If you are new to a format, start with one item.

04Where can I check the price and savings?

Each purchase option displays its current price and any listed savings. Select the quantity you want, review your scent choices, and check the cart total before placing an order. Prices and availability can change, so use the current cart and checkout details as your final reference.
