Inspired by the form of a traditional Chinese lotus lantern, this coil incense burner features a rounded chamber supported by a slender pedestal and flared base. The black metal lid rises into the shape of a closed lotus bud, with layered floral cutouts adding depth to its dark, sculptural silhouette.
The ebony body ranges from deep brown to near black, with natural wood grain that becomes visible under the light. Its warm, subtle texture contrasts with the smooth sheen of the metal lid. In Chinese art, the lotus represents remaining clear and composed even in difficult surroundings, giving this piece traditional meaning within a contemporary form.
Place coil incense on the fireproof pad inside the burner and replace the lid. Smoke will gently filter through the floral openings, much like light passing through a patterned lantern. Its elevated profile works well on a living room sideboard, entryway console, home-office shelf, or display cabinet, particularly alongside dark wood, stone, and warm lighting.

Natural ebony varies in grain, color, and small surface pores. Minor marks from hand-finishing and polishing may also occur. These are normal characteristics of real wood and do not affect its appearance or function.
The metal lid may show slight variations in tone or small finishing marks. Provided it is not visibly warped, broken, or unable to sit securely, these differences do not affect normal use.
The burner body is made of wood. Always use the included fireproof pad, and never allow burning incense, embers, or hot ash to touch the wooden interior directly.
Before use, make sure the coil lies flat and its burning end does not touch the inner wall. The metal lid may become hot during use. Allow it to cool completely before touching, opening, or cleaning it.
Place the burner on a level, heat-resistant surface in a properly ventilated room. Keep it away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak the ebony body or expose it to prolonged sunlight or damp conditions. Keep the metal lid dry after cleaning.

What impressed me first was the design. The high-footed lotus-lamp shape gives the burner a light, elegant silhouette. I used it on the sideboard during an evening at home. The burner stayed stable and the smoke moved freely through the top.
After repeated use, the details I appreciated on day one still stand out. The enclosed body keeps a full circle of ash from remaining on display. I used it during repeated full-coil burns. Once cool, the lid lifted cleanly and the ash remained inside for easy disposal.
This has a tall, balanced profile that looks more like a small lamp than an incense burner. The dark wood tone works well with my furniture. Four stars because the openwork top requires careful dusting to keep the pattern looking clean.
The smoke escaping through the lid is subtle and attractive rather than dramatic. The burner feels sturdy on a flat surface. I make sure the coil is centered because the interior space is not something I want the burning edge to touch.
This has become one of the easiest decorative pieces to keep out. The ventilated lid turns the rising smoke into a subtle visual detail. I used it under soft light in the living room. The openwork pattern became the visual highlight of the setup.
I wanted a coil burner with more presence than a flat dish. The pedestal shape looks balanced on my sideboard, and the dark ebony works well with the rest of the room. It is tall, so I would check the measurements if your shelf space is tight.

The proportions and finish felt right as soon as I placed it. Its covered design keeps the coil out of sight without hiding the fragrance. I used it when I wanted a longer incense session. The room looked tidy from beginning to end.
I bought it for the appearance and was equally pleased with the function. The raised structure looks more like a small decorative lamp than a utility piece. I used it as part of a simple arrangement on a shelf. It added height without taking up too much surface area.
The high-footed structure makes the burner feel lighter visually than a solid box. Smoke comes through the ventilated lid nicely, and the coil remains hidden inside. I would prefer a slightly easier grip on the lid when it is time to clean.
The covered body keeps most of the coil ash inside, which is useful for longer sessions. The lotus-lamp shape looks finished even after the incense is removed. The interior corners take a little time to wipe thoroughly.
The wood grain is visible when the light hits it, and the metal lid has a smoother finish. Mine has a little natural variation in the ebony, which keeps it from looking mass-produced. I use a soft dry cloth on both parts and have had no trouble keeping it clean.
