Each piece is kiln-fired and hand-finished. Slight differences in color, fine mineral texture, tiny natural pores, or surface detailing are normal characteristics of ceramic production and do not affect its appearance or function.
Backflow smoke is sensitive to air movement. Use in a normally ventilated room away from direct drafts caused by fans, air-conditioning vents, or open windows.
Backflow incense may leave a small amount of ash or oily residue along the smoke channel and base. This is normal. Allow the burner to cool completely before cleaning it gently with a soft, dry cloth or brush. Do not soak it or use harsh cleaning products.
Place the burner on a level, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Do not move it while incense is burning. Keep it away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and never leave it unattended.
The mountain peaks and small figure are raised decorative details. When moving the burner, support it from underneath with both hands rather than holding it by the peaks, smoke channel, or figure.

CUSTOMER NOTES
The mountain-and-water design looks good even before the cone is lit. In a draft-free corner, the smoke moved through the levels as intended. A nearby fan disrupted the path quickly, so placement is more important than I expected.
I like that the design gives the smoke somewhere to travel rather than simply pooling at the bottom. The piece has plenty of detail without needing a large surface. Four stars because fine residue settles along several channels and takes time to remove.
I bought it for the appearance and was equally pleased with the function. The sculpted landscape has enough detail to stay on display between sessions. I used it on an open shelf between uses. It continued to look like a small landscape sculpture when the session ended.
What impressed me first was the design. The carved route gives the smoke a real journey instead of letting it pool immediately. I used it in a draft-free corner of the living room. Once the cone warmed, the smoke followed the route clearly from one level to the next.
Once the cone warmed up, the smoke followed the carved route and made the landscape easier to appreciate. It is much more engaging than a single-drop backflow burner. The channels need occasional cleaning or the flow becomes less defined.
This is not a tiny desktop burner, so the listed dimensions are worth checking. It looks great on a wider console. The small figure and mountain points are detailed but exposed, and I always move it by supporting the base with both hands.
This has become one of the easiest decorative pieces to keep out. The mountain-and-water landscape looks complete before the cone is even lit. I used it on a small table under warm light. The descending stream made the contours of the landscape much easier to appreciate.
The backflow does not start instantly, but once it does the descending stream is smooth and easy to follow. The mountain form feels substantial and stable. I would appreciate simpler access to the lower channel when wiping it clean.

I used it after aligning a cone carefully at the top. A soft brush and cloth keep the channels clear, and the flow has stayed consistent across repeated uses.
The layered peaks and the small traveler at the bottom make this more interesting than the simpler waterfall burners I have seen. It has a warm, deep-brown color and a slightly mineral texture. I keep it on a living room cabinet even when I am not burning incense.
The proportions and finish felt right as soon as I placed it. Several descending levels make the backflow effect change as it travels. I used it during a quiet evening with the fan off. The movement stayed smooth and gave the burner more depth than a single-drop design.
With the backflow cone lined up at the summit, the smoke moves down the center and collects near the base. My ceiling fan disrupted it on the first try, so I moved the burner to a still corner. That made the waterfall effect much clearer.
